B.C. Jindal grouping has acquired 100% shares of Treofan Holdings GmbH, Deutschland 'Treofan Europe'. M&C S.P.A., possessor of Treofan Holdings GmbH, has sold its decision-making stake in Treofan Europe to Jindal Films, and the legally bounden agreement was signed on half-dozen August 2018. Treofan Europe is a major manufacturer of biaxially oriented propylene films (BOPP films) for packaging, label, tobacco and technical applications in Europe. The acquisition of Treofan Europe strengthens B.C.
